Drinking Pickle Juice

Do you drink pickle juice straight from the jar!? I do!!

I posted that video as an Instagram story on my page and soooo many people messaged me! Surprisingly, most people said they do this as well. And then some people were disgusted. I was asked what I would rate it out of 10, and I gave it a 7. I actually like the taste, and apparently it’s quite good for you. So I Googled some of the benefits of drinking pickle juice and here’s what came up:

  1. It soothes muscle cramps
  2. It helps you stay hydrated
  3. It helps boost gut health
  4. It sweetens your breath

Ok, I’m not sure about that last one. I would argue that it actually makes your breath worse. But, if you haven’t tried chugging pickle juice, give it a whirl! You might be surprised with how good it is!
